Legal Information according to the German Civil Code in association with the German Civil Code-Duty to Supply Information Ordinance
(Regulations concerning Information and Burden of Proof according to Civil Law)

2. Key Characteristics of the Offered Merchandise:
The key characteristics of the offered merchandise result from the respective product description of the particular offers.
3. Details for the Formation of a Contract/Possible Ammendments/Storage of the Contract Wording and Available Languages
(1) The representation of products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, rather a non-binding online-catalog.
(2) The customer can choose products from the vendor's assortment by clicking the "In the Shopping Cart" button and gathering them together in the so-called "Shopping Cart." The contents of the shopping cart can be viewed anytime, without commitment, by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button. The products can be removed from the shopping cart at anytime by clicking the orange-colored "Remove" button. If the customer wants to purchase the products in the shopping cart, he can click on the "Checkout" button. The customer will then be asked to give his personal data, payment method and confirm that he has reviewed the customer information. The customer can stop the order process at anytime, or he can complete it by clicking the "Order" button. Naturally, the customer can correct or change any already entered information at anytime with the "Back" button on the browser. Or he can use the revision button "Edit" to correct his data in the summary section before confirming his order. With the "Order" button, the customers submits a binding request to purchase the items found in the shopping cart. The submission can be delivered and transferred only when the customer checks the text "I accept the below mentioned legal information according to the German Civil Code in association with the German Civil Code-Duty to Supply Information Ordinance," and thus the request is received.
(3) Thereafter, Danto GmbH sends the customer an automatic order confirmation by Email, in which the customer's order will again be listed and will contain the text form of the legal information according to the German Civil Code and the German Civil Code- Duty to Supply Information Ordinance together with the cancellation instructions, which the customer can print out using the "Print" button. Moreover, the customer recieves, with the order confirmation, the data privacy statement and the general terms and conditions. The automatic order confirmation simply documents that the customer's order has been recieved by Danto GmbH and does not represent an acceptance of the proposal.
(4) Incorrect information given by the customer can be corrected in the following ways:
(a) Either Danto may correct the incorrect information for the customer, for example, with an incorrect order quantity, address or other information. For this, Danto GmbH requires a written request from the customer stating the order number and name to be sent to info@danto.de.
(b) Or the customer can log in to his account and take care of the corrections himself. The needed actions will be explained there.
(5) Danto GmbH is entitled to accept the offer of the customer within two weeks after the submission of the offer by sending an order confirmation or sending the mechandise to the customer within the same time period. After an unsuccessful expiration of this time period, the offer will be marked as declined, so that no act of sale shall follow.
(6) The wording of the contract shall be stored in Danto GmbH's internal system. The legal information can be accessed at anytime at http://www.danto.de/conditions.php. The order information and the legal information shall be sent by Email to the purchaser. After completion of the order,the wording of the contract will no longer be accessible over the internet for security reasons.
(7) The available language for the formation of this contract is English.
4. Availability of Merchandise and Delivery Specifications
(1) The availability of the particular merchandise is dependant on the respective product. The stock balance display or rather the availability display in the shop system is non-binding. In specific cases, it may appear that the inventory overlaps with the number of orders and this in turn follows with a re-order from our supplier.
(2) Danto GmbH is not required, in a case where the merchandise is not available, to fulfill the contract with a product of comparable value. However, Danto GmbH reserves the right, in a case where the merchandise is not available, to withhold any services. This is only to happen if the offer of the customer has not yet been accepted and thus has not yet led to an agreement. The customer will be immediately notified.
5. Total Cost
(1) The price stated for the particular offer includes the current sales tax to which the shipping costs are added. The shipping costs are given for the customer's use at http://www.danto.de/shipping.php.
(2) Moreover, the total costs shall be given at the end of the order transactionbefore the release of the contractual statement. There, the actual cost for the selected merchandise will be apparent, including sales tax and the applicable shipping costs, which must be borne by the customer.
6. Payment Details
(1) The payment of ordered merchandise can be completed through different payment methods. The customer can pay by cash in advance, through payment on delivery to the parcel deliverer, through credit card, the use of the PayPal payment service or through the electronic direct debiting system.
(2) When the customer chooses the "cash in advance" payment method, the vendor shall give all bank account information in the order confirmation.
(3) When the customer chooses the "credit card" payment method, the provided credit card will be charged after the shipping of the ordered mechandise under the name "DANTO GMBH 08031/2216300." It is recommended that a copy of the transaction data be retained.
(4) When the customer chooses the "PayPal" payment method, the customer shall enter his Email address and password and confirm the payment if he has previously registered with PayPal.
(5) When the customer chooses the "electronic direct debiting system" payment method, the customer shall enter his account number and bank code. The corresponding amount for the order shall then be directly debited through "Moneybookers.com" from the account provided during the order process.
7. Delivery Details
(1) The customer can pick up the mechandise at the registered office of Danto GmbH or allow for delivery.
(2) Merchandise delivery can occur within Germany and to additional select countries, which can be selected during the order process. Moreover, the countries where delivery is available are listed at http://www.danto.de/shipping.php.
(3) With a warehouse stock blance display of "in stock", delivery of the merchandise shall occur in the following manner:
(a) When the customer chooses the "cash in advance" payment method, delivery shall occur 1-3 days after the amount is credited to Danto GmbH.
(b) When the customer chooses "payment on delivery," "credit card" or "electronic direct debiting system" payment methods, delivery shall occur 1-3 days after ordering.
(c) When the customer chooses the "PayPal" payment method, delivery of the merchandise shall occur 1-3 days after notification from the respective company that the corresponding payment was properly received.
(4) With all other warehouse stock balance displays, the customer will be informed of the delivery time by a seperate Email.
8. Warranty and Guarantee Details
(1) The warranty is based on legal regulations.
(2) Danto GmbH will not assume a waranty. Waranties stated in the offers are those of the specific manufacturer. These are in addition to the legal warranty rights and do not affect these rights. Warranties are to be imparted by the individual companies and shall be enclosed with the mechandise.

10. Code of Conduct
Danto GmbH is not subject to a code of conduct.
11. Legal Right of Withdrawal
(1) You may cancel your contract in writing (i.e. by letter, fax, e-mail) within two weeks without cause, or if you have received the item(s) prior to the deadline, by returning the item(s). The deadline begins after the receipt of the written instructions, but not prior to the receipt of the merchandise by the recipient (for the recurring deliveries of similar merchandise, not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the completion of our duty to supply information according to Section 312C Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code in conjunciton with Section 1 Paragraphs 1, 2, and 4 of the German Civil Code Duty to Supply Information Ordinance as well as our responsibilities according to Section 312e Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code in conjunction with Section 3 of the German Civil Code Duty to Supply Information Ordinance. Cancellation Consequences
(1.) In the event of cancellation, each party must be reimbursed for amounts received and, if necessary, any realized usage (i.e. interest). If you are unable to reimburse the amount in whole or part or only in declining status, you must render, if necessary, respective compensation. The reliquishment of item(s) does not apply, if the damage to the item(s) can be attributed exclusively to the testing of the item(s) as it would be possible at a retail store. Incidentally, you can avoid the responsibility of compensation for incurred damage through the intended use of the item(s) by not using the item(s) and refraining from anything that affects the value of the item(s). You may return Packaged transportable item(s) at our risk. You are responsible for the costs of sending the item(s) back if the supplied item(s) equates to the order and if the price of the item(s) to be returned is not higher than 40 ¤, or if you have not reciprocated or made a contractually agreed upon partial payment in the case of a higher price of the product(s) at the time of cancellation. Otherwise, the reshipment is exempt from charges. Item(s) that are not packaged as transportable will be picked up by us. Commitment to refunds of payments must be completed within 30 days. The deadline begins with the return of your cancellation notice or the item(s); for us, it begins with the receipt of the same.
(2) A return policy does not exist for the shipment of item(s) that are manufactured according to customer specifications (i.e. T-Shirts with the customer´s personal photos and name) or are explicitly tailored to personal needs, or shipments of audio or video recordings which have been unsealed by the purchaser (i.e. software CDs of which the cellophane has been opened).
If you have financed this contract through a loan and cancelled the financed contract, you are then no longer bound to the loan agreement, if both contracts create a single economic unit. This shall be assumed in particular if we are at the same time the lender for the customer or if the lender makes use of cooperation with us with regard to financing. If we have already received the loan when the cancellation or the return becomes effective, the lender shall assume the rights and obligations of us in relation to the customer with regard to the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject matter of the present contract is aquired securities, foreign currency, derivatives or precious metals.
