Payment Options

Cash Payment

Danto GmbH offers customer pickup of ordered products at our store headquarters (Max-Josef-St. 2, 83109 Großkarolinenfeld). If you pick up the ordered items personally, there are no shipping and handling fees. Unfortunately, we do not have an EC-card Terminal, so we ask that you have the appropriate ammount available in cash. We do have customer parking available for anyone who visits our office.

Business hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm. We look forward to your visit.

Credit Card

At this time payment by credit card is limited to transactions of 250@ or less to help prevent losses due to credit card fraud. We thank you for your understanding and recommend also that you check over your credit card accounts on a regular basis.

All relevant and required data is verified and is protected by means of a secured SSL-data connection. Please keep your credit card ready to enter the card number, expiration date, and card verification code. We recommend that you retain a copy of the transaction information!

COD: Cash on Delivery

The payment of the total amount can be made in cash through Cash on Delivery (COD) upon delivery of the shippment by the delivery service. (Note: DHL charges an additional fee of 2 EUR). Should you not be at home at the time of delivery, a letter of advice will be placed in your mailbox with the request to personally pick up the package within 7 work days.

COD is popular especially with more significant items because it is known to be extremely reliable!

PayPal

Paypal is available for our customers in Germany and all other nations within the European Union (EU). PayPal is an online payment service that allows Danto GmbH customers to pay for items safely, easily, and fast and also without any additional cost. More than 100 billion members use PayPal to keep payments through the internet fast and safe. PayPal is the offical payment service and a 100% subsidiary of eBay and as such, worldwide acceptance and support is guaranteed! PayPal's use of modern technology and its reasonable design were the decisive factors for us in offering this service as a payment method.

Advantages of PayPal:

Easy Payment: Payment is straight forward needing only a few clicks. This is because PayPal stores your Bank and credit card data for future uses, which means you do not need to re-enter the information each time you purchase an item.
Fast: PayPal payments occur quickly. The vendor receives the money directly after you have approved it. The products are then shipped immediately upon receipt of the payment.
Safe: Your bank or credit card information is stored exclusively with PayPal, it is never passed on to third-parties and does not need to be sent again over the internet every time something is purchased online.

Payment On In-House Credit

A number of studies show that the payment method of "per account" is very popular in online shopping. We fully understand that your money is hard earned and that you want to be sure that nothing terrible occurs when you purchase items through the internet. Who does not want to appraise the products and then pay? Easy, comfortable, and safe! In order to increase sales figures and reference data, it is even recommended to offer the payment method "purchase on account". Currently, we do not offer purchase on account to consumers. The payment method of "per account" carries a high risk that we are unable to bear due to our mercantilistic accuracy, as well as our commitment and responsibility to our employees.

Purchase on account is permited for:

Public authorities and facilities (for example: museums, galleries, hospitals, charities, the Red Cross, etc.)
Cities and townships
Universities, technical colleges, schools, and associations
Federal armed forces, fire and police departments, and banks

For this reason, Danto GmbH maintains a separate "corporate clients and salespeople" department.

Unfortunately, pruchase on acount has opened the gate for criminal activity, and studies refer to a loss rate of approximately 5%. We must protect ourselves from these activities because compensation would only be possible through job reduction. We need each employee in order to handle orders in an efficient and familiar manner; therefore, we ask for your understanding!

Payment in advance

As a rule of thumb, we document the receipt of your payment after 1-2 days. Your order will be handled immediately after the receipt of payment. In your order acceptance, all relevant information such as your payment method will be noted as "payment in advance", order number, customer number, total amount, and bank details will be stated.

With this information, the amount due per bank transfer can then be paid.
